Job Summary
- As a US IT Recruiter, you must source
Consultants/Candidates and market them with Clients. You must love new
challenges and must be creative with new ideas.
- Working as an individual
contributor is an added advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Calling candidates directly,
identifying the best consultants/candidates for the U.S market.
- Resume Review and preparation before
submission.
- Understand IT job requirements from
clients and match them with skills of consultants/candidates.
- Should be able to close
consultants/candidates and on-board them with clients.
- Should be good in Salary negotiation.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3
years of US IT Experience.
- Excellent
communication skills.
- Basic
knowledge of Full Recruitment Life Cycle.
- Should
be comfortable using job portals like DICE, ZipRecruiter, Techfetch etc.,
- Bachelors
degree in any stream. (Non grads can be considered)
- Willing
to work in a night shift.
- Fresher's
with excellent communications can also apply.
