•Good to have at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in the US IT staffing industry. •Should be ready to work as per US Time Zone (Night Shift -7pm to 4 am IST).
•Must have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates technically.
•Have good experience with end-to-end technical recruitment processes across various
Information Technologies.
•Must have experience with all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp).
•Need strong experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
•Experience in using recruiting portals such as Dice, Monster, and social sites like LinkedIn.
•Must have very good oral and written skills in English.
•Maintaining the database of all consultants.
