We are currently hiring candidates for the position of "US IT Recruiter/ Sr. IT Recruiter" for our company. Please go through the following Job description and let me know if you are comfortable with it.

Company : ACS SolutionRole : US IT Recruiter/ Sr. IT Recruiter.Salary : 25 K - 35 K CTC. (No bar for the right Candidate).Cab Facility : Both sides A/c Cab.Meal : Free Dinner.Appraisal : After 6 Months.Travel : Chance to go to USA on company's Expenses.Working Days : Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off).Shift Timing : 7 P.M. to 4 A.M. (Night shift)Location : Noida, Delhi/NCR.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting.
  • Scheduling interviews, offer, negotiation and close candidates for assigned requirements.
  • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Posting jobs  on the Job Portals.
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions into interviews and placements.
  • Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
  • Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
Key Skills: 
  • Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
  • Must be proactive & self-driven.
  • Must be a quick thinker.
  • Should have thorough understanding of various terminologies.
