- Role:US IT Recruiter
- Benefits :Both side cab ( only for Females ) + Incentives + Meal + Fun Activities
- Shift Timings:6: 30 Pm to 3: 30 Am IST
- 0.0-2 years experience with full life cycle recruiting of Information Technology consultants that includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates for projects nation wide.
- Proven success in recruiting System Analysts, Programmers, Database Administrators, Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers is required.
- Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contacting Account Managers to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing candidates to ensure their expectations are being met.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role.
- Should have detailed understanding of US Labor and Immigration law H1B, OPT, and all other work authorization.
- Able to connect with candidates and investigate their profile by going through search engines like Google, LinkedIn and social networking sites
- Should have a strong understanding Internal Database CATS.
- Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates (through internal database, job boards, social media and other search engines, contact lists, job fairs, cold calls, etc.)
- Qualify and pipeline candidates through recruiting calls – screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills and salary requirements
- Attract highly qualified candidates by continually running descriptive job advertisements on job boards, Linked-in, and other media outlets
- Continually build and maintain a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current and future client demands.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and fulfill positions quickly is essential.
- Should be a self starter and work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize desk
- Daily Report status to be sent to Account Manage in an excel format with all necessary details.
