Job Description
Title: US IT Recruiter
- No. of positions - 20
- **We work in Pacific (California) Time Zone (Night Shift – Ghaziabad, India) - Meals provided
- Time Shift 9 PM to 6 AM (IST)
- Location: Shipra Suncity, Noida
- Package: 1.5 Lakhs to 1.8 Lakhs plus lucrative recurring incentives
- Freshers will be considered.
- Excellent English communication skill-both written & verbal - Must have and most important.
- Candidates should have technical recruitment experience in contract OR permanent staffing
- Open to IT openings.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Experience in entire U.S. Recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, salary/Rate negotiation
- Source candidates from various sources like portals (Monster, Dice CareerBuilder etc.), LinkedIn and other social networks, references etc
- Evaluate candidate for the requirements based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
- Conduct 1st round of interview to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
- Build & sustain the network of potential candidates
- Negotiate rate or salary
- Maintain the database as per the skills, experience, location
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirement
- Review applicants to verify if the position requirements are met
- Format resumes (as per the client's expectations)
- Research on new technologies and terminologies
- Self-motivated, Confident, Aggressive, Target-oriented and a Go-getter
