Job location:- Gurgaon (work from office).
Job title:- US IT Recruiter
Shift timings: - 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Both sides cab & one-time meal will be provided)
Package :- Upto 3.5 LPA
Required Experience:- Fresher
Only Freshers with Pharma and B Tech backgrounds should apply
Responsibilities;-
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization. Procure people for different IT Requirements. Having knowledge of sourcing job portals (Naukri, Linkedin, etc)Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
