Job Summary
We are actively looking to hire US IT Recruiters / Sr. US IT Recruiter to join our Team at Hubli Karnataka.
Hired employees will be given orientation, training and all the required guidance to perform the expected tasks.
This is a Night Shift position starting at 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM or 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM.
This position offers attractive starting salaries and very attractive incentives.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide Full Life Cycle Talent Acquisition including, but not limited to sourcing, prescreening,

interviewing, reference checking and developing competitive job offers.

• Efficient and effective use of recruiting strategies and techniques to source for various positions

utilizing skills in social networking, applicant tracking system, cold calling, internet searches and
professional networks

• Develop and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates
• Produce timely Talent Acquisition reports as defined
• Perform against a set quota of submittals/ interviews and hires

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• First-class (60% or above marks) in PUC and Bachelors
• Excellent communication skills in English: written and oral
• Self-motivated team player and possess high levels of integrity
• Highly ambitious, very hard working with a keen desire to grow
• Very punctual with excellent time-management skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work successfully in a team environment
