Job Description
Looking for US IT recruiters.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in resourcing, staffing and recruitment-Must
- Strong hands-on experience in US domestic IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Complete knowledge of recruitment life cycle
- Knowledge in handling resource activities through job portals like Job diva and social networking tools.
- End to end recruitment cycle for contract staffing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in US time zone (CST)
- Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feedbacks.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board.
- ATS Highly Experience in effective use of applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Mandatory skills:
- Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients,
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Strong zeal to make the career in the international staffing industry.s
