Role Overview:
To create a pool of US candidates through job fairs, social networking, community organizations, Internet data mining, and media channels. Recruiters proceed with the identification of potential candidates through screening and interviewing their pool of applicants.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates as per the client Job description research new technologies.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates. Understand and summarize the candidate's key strengths and skills.
- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.
- Ability to interact, develop the network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
- Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining the database of contacts and resumes and other such info
