Job for Freshers / Fresh Graduates OR College Drop outs
We shall provide the following on job training:
- Analyze requirements of the jobs to be filled, source active candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews against defined criteria and record the outcome.
- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and social media.
- Coordinate all phases of recruitment and joining process.
- Build and manage candidate & vendor database and relationships.
- Provide a high level of customer service and quality throughout the recruiting process
Must be willing to work in Night Shifts (USA Time Zones)

Perks and Benefits
We are offering a stipend of Rs. 1.8 Lakhs to Rs. 2.4 Lakhs/Annum + benefits (PF, ESI, vacation pay, holiday pay, medical insurance coverage) + attractive incentives for the selected candidates and will have a revision in salary after completing 6 months of on job training based on performance during the training.
