Job Description
- We have immediate openings 'US IT Recruiter' position for one of our client located in Jubliee Hills and Hitech City.
- Position: US IT Recruiter
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1 to 5yrs
- Salary: based on current CTC
- Location: Hyderabad
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- 1 year – 5 years of hands on experience in end to end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Experience working on VMS requirements
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Maintain analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Build networks of candidates and develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client demands.
