Job Description
- Sourcing qualified candidates within time limits using traditional and creative sourcing techniques
- Responsible for making job posting on job portals,
- Responsible for creating a pool of candidates through social networking sites, internet data mining,
- Should be able to identify potential candidate through screening and interviewing the pool of candidates
- Short-listing the right profile with the requirement and follow-up with the candidate till he is on-board
- Should understand client company’s policies and procedures and proceed with the hiring process as per the Government’s guidelines and laws
- Responsible for completing job applicant background checks, and other pre-employment procedures
- Should be able to achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Maintain and organize data of IT Resources
- Responsible for strategy development process which includes understanding client requirements and mapping the relevant topics
- Smart negotiation skills, Maintaining a close link between candidates/ Clients/Recruiters
