Job Description
Position: US IT Recruiter
Qualification:
- Any graduate or post-graduate (any year pass out)
- Willing to work in night shift
- Both Voice and Non-voice positions are also available.
Job responsibilities of a US IT Recruiter:
-To search resumes online.
-To match the resumes with the job description.
-To Identify the suitable candidates and perform phone/email screening.
-To know the interest and availability of suitable candidates, and negotiate salaries and coordinate their interviews/selection with the American clients.
Job Location: Yeturu Towers, Lakdi ka pul, Hyderabad.
Salary: Market-based.
Work Timing (Fixed Night Shift): 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
Saturdays and Sundays are holidays.
Both Voice and Non-voice positions are available.
