- Job Title : US IT Recruiter
- Location : Hyderabad
- Experience : 1-2 Years
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal .
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement .
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Looking for candidates with min 1 Year experience in US recruitment.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should be from US recruitment background
Must be a quick thinker & Learner.
- Should be well versed with various tax terms(W2, 1099) .
- Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies
