- GITF is looking to hire people with US IT recruitment experience for their US IT Staffing team in Hyderabad office.
- Responsibility will include an understanding Job description, resourcing, Screening, Qualifying and submitting resumes based on the clients needs.
- Should have ability to understand the technical/IT job description that is shared by our end client Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), Behavioral fitment, Stability (Suitability) etc.
- Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
- Responsible for Interview Coordination, follow up calls, Offer roll out and on boarding.
- Follow up with candidates & ensure warm call made for all candidates pending interview feedback from client
- UG/ PG- any stream(MUST).
- Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a MUST.
- Exposure in working with Direct Client requirements and VMS Based clients.
