We have an urgent requirement for freshers as a US IT/Non IT Recruiter.
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4.30 AM IST. Only night shifts
Note: Only call after 4:00pm. (Evening)
What you do:
- Good candidate sourcing & screening skills.
- Good phone presence: ability and willing to make 30 to 40 calls per day
- negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
- using recruiting portals like dice, Monster and LinkedIn.
