Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable to work in night shift
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
- Must have knowledge in browsing and submitting online applications.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Hands on experience with the Job boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.,
