Job Description
- We are looking for young and aggressive professionals those who can join the US IT Staffing team.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions
- Knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Responsible for achieving the good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status.
- Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting
