    • US IT Technical Recruiter 0.6 - 4 years Experience
    • Responsible for all aspects of sales with Prime vendors and Vendors responsibilities including  marketing Of OPT/CPT, EAD, GC and own H1-B consultants to Prime Vendors and Vendors.
    • Present the bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the matching requirement.
    • Retrieve the requirements from various portals like Dice, Linked in, and Corp-Corp, Monster and Google Groups.
    • Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them Through other resources.
    • Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to Improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied.
    • Will co-ordinate with interview process and all the concerned till the position is closed Have clear understanding of tax terms like Corp to Corp, W-2, 1099 etc.
    • Expertise in market multiple consultants of different technologies.
    • Regular follow-ups were done with both the Vendor and the consultants for interview status update an  Consultant  performance feedback. 
    • Marketing the candidates all over United State, applying various online marketing strategies.
    • Maintaining a good vendor relationship and candidate relationship.
    • Portals Used:  Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed.
