Job Description

Requirements assigned by the respective Team Lead
  • Requirements along with their deadlines to be entered on the requirement tracking sheet.
  • Responsible for searching candidates/individuals/resources/consultants for all requirements assigned
  • Understanding Job Requirements clearly
  • Identifying key skills needed for a specific job from the description provided.
  • Find suitable resources based on the key skills using different avenues like emails, phone calls, job board searches(Monster, Dice, Linkedin, Indeed ETC), Personal/Company Databases.
  • Once a matching profile is identified/sourced – have a detailed conversation with the consultant about his experienceand how this specific job matches his previous work experience.
  • If the resource sounds confident and is interested in the role – share the detailed job description with him along withany client specific documents needed for submittal.
  • If the resource is willing to work on a W-2 basis – an email with the rate needs to be sent to them and confirmationemail is needed for the submittal.
  • If the sourced candidate is a C2C resource then a rate confirmation email to his W-2 Employer needs to be sent andconfirmation is needed to proceed with the submittal.
  • Once the rate confirmation email is received along with all the supporting client specific documentation – resumeformatting needs to be done.
  • Arial should be the FONT TYPE used when formatting and FONT SIZE needs to be 10. Additionally the line spacingshould be set to 1.0 with the before & after fields that are found in the additional settings should be set to 0 pt
  •  All boxes and certification images need to be removed from the resume while formatting.
  • All certifications need to be mentioned under EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS header on the resume.
  • Once resume is formatted according to the specifications mentioned above – the updated version along with thesupporting documents should be sent to the respective team lead.
  • Once the email is sent – the details of the resume sourced along with additional information needs to be entered on the submission tracking reports.
  • If the resource is shortlisted for an interview – the recruiter will also be responsible for coordinating the same with the resource and ensuring that the interview goes smoothly as per the client availability.
  • Once the resource is confirmed for a specific role – the recruiter will send an email confirming the same and forwarding all the essential details to the contracts team.
