Job Description
- Urgent Requirement for Sr IT Recruiters/ Lead for US Staffing - Night Shift @ Techgene Solutions.
- Experience:2 to 4 Years.
- Role : Sr IT Recruiter .
- Location:Hyderabad (Hitech City).
- Shift:Night Shift.
- We are Hiring Tech nical Sr IT Recruiters with around 4 to 8 Years of experience for US IT Staffing.
- Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Good experience in working with Prim Vendors.
- Should have good experience with Boolean Search.
- Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
- Screening the candidates and recruiting them as per the requirement of our company standards.
- Develop action plans/recruiting strategie s to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools - job boards (dice, monster, other), social networks (LinkedIn) etc.
- Must to deal with different types of IT requirements related to different IT skills or technologies such as: Java, .Net, Oracle etc.
- Successfully match and qualify candidates based on their strengths vs. client requirements.
- Conduct phone screens/interviews, negotiate salary/wage rates and other conditions of employment, gain acceptance from candidates on authorization to submit resume to clients, extend offer of employment and document activities in the appropriate database
- Having Good Knowledge in W2, 1099, Corp to Corp (C2C) hiring and H1-B.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Research on new technologies
- Good verbal / written communication skills
