Job Description

  • Think4Solutions is seeking an Entry- Level Recruiter for our Hyderabad, India office. 
  • You will be responsible for the majority of resume screening, sourcing candidates, phone screening, and coordinating interviews. 
  • You will be reporting to Manager Daily. 
Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes
  • Source candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate in person interviews with program managers or HR
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand business requirements and job functions for positions
  • Help manage the Applicant Tracking System
  • File and review performance reviews twice a year
  • Coordinate new hire training's and other training as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work both as a team player and independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
