Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter(s) in our Hyderabad office to support ongoing U.S. client.
Only Recruiters with prior U.S. focused IT recruiting experience need apply.
Among other responsibilities, the Technical Recruiter develops new employee relationships, actively sources and recruits qualified consulting level candidates, ensures quality of work and maintains a high level of employee and client satisfaction.
We are looking for strong competitors who are interested in a position that offers career and earnings growth.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a demonstrated work history in the U.S. based IT consulting industry.
Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills are required.
In addition, an understanding of software development processes and information technologies is a plus.
This position provides a salary base plus commission, ongoing training and benefits.
Please note: Technical Recruiters supporting U.S. operations work in the night shift.
