After Training - Responsibilities and Duties
- Trained to understand and get involved in recruitment process
- Trained to understand into software/hardware requirements
- Trained to Understand the clients requirements and Sourcing, Screening profiles, shortlisting the candidates for preliminary interview.
- Trained to work on Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking & Employee Referrals.
- Trained to Track submissions and maintain the submissions database.
- Trained to handle multiple requirements.
- Understanding clients technology, domain, and product and service.
- Good Communication and Good at using computer.
Education & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's (Required) or Masters
- Experience & knowledge on MS Office
- Technology Knowledge is a Plus
