- Role : Fresher US IT Recruiter
- Experience : 0 to 1 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- At least 6 months of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Recruitment is must.
- Ability to source resumes quickly and work on multiple positions simultaneously
- Thorough screening applications for identifying quality candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with Operation HeadsGood knowledge on IT concepts
- Need target oriented candidates to achieve good number of closures
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Good Understanding of USA Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp and 1099).
- Very Good Understanding of H1B Transfers, Visa and Time zones etc.,
- Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work night shifts
