Job Description
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US-based
clients
- Sourcing candidates online, making calls to them and
recruit them for their respective client requirements over email and phone
- Source all necessary documents from candidates for
onboarding process
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H
(Contract to Hire) positions
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed
candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Should be
proficient on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which
includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job
specifications
- Should be well versed in US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099,
US Visas, etc.
- Locate and identify potential candidates through the
use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals,
networking, etc.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career
Builder, Indeed, Yahoo Hot Jobs, Job diva, Desi OPT, LinkedIn, Glassdoor,
Jobrapido, SimplyHired, TheLadders etc.), Making job postings on the Job
Portal.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification
of work status
- Build networks of candidates and develop creative,
cost-effective sourcing strategies to accommodate for current and future client
demands.
- Be a part of the team with Accelerated Hire Motto
- Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/
recruiters/offshore team.
- Weekly meetings with India
offshore team with the status update, discuss requirements to be working as per
the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need.
- Report to management every week on weekly and monthly
assignments.
- Must be having the capability to work with a team or
individually.
- Should be capable
to handle a team as well, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
and strong decision-making skills
