Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
· Be a part of the team with Accelerated Hiring Motto.
· Handle a variety of job requirements from US based clients.
· Manage full-cycle Recruiting: source, screen, interview and onboard candidates.
· Source candidates from various Job Portals.
· Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
· Conduct first level of screening to assess communication skills, reason for change, salary negotiation etc.
· Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
· Understand the client requirements and map relevant candidates.
· Build and maintain excellent relationship with candidates and the hiring team
· Keep yourself updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
Required skills:
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills
- Proficient in MS office.
