Job Description:
- Manage End-to-end recruitment for US Clients.
- Follow-up with candidates
- Understanding US Client Requirements for various open positions
- Communicating and maintaining rapport with US Candidates
- Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
- Taking telephonic interview for US candidates, screening the candidates, submitting the profiles at the client portals, following up with Candidates and Clients for the final interview process.
- Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and requirement.
- Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position
- should have excellent communication skills in English
- Energetic, Self-motivated, Ready to take challenges.
- Good achievers and Goal oriented personality.
- Should have the ability to deliver results under pressure
- Self-confidence and self-starter
