Job Description
Open Positions: IT Recruiter US Staffing (Night Shift)
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA,MCA, B.Tech, B.Sc)
- Experience: 2 Years (Freshers with Excellent communication skills can also apply)
- Working Days & Timing: 5 days (Mon-Fri) & 7:30 PM-4:30 AM
- Location: Noida
- Facilities: Cab facility is providing
- Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.
- Search resumes in various available Job Portals
- Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
- Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
- Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate's experience and requirement
- Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
- Ensures appropriate paperwork is done for Placement.
- Acts as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.
- Individuals must be able to work in a team environment.
- Individuals must be able to communicate well with the team.
- Must be energetic, innovative and, ready to go the extra length to make a difference.
- Comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be a self motivated, results driven professional.
