We are looking for a Technical Recruiter for US IT staffing. Skills: Technical Recruiter, IT staffing, IT recruitment, US Staffing, W2 & 1099 Industry, C2C & C2H Recruitment/Staffing/RPO for recruiters who worked mostly on W2 / 1099.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.) .
Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving targets.
Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
Format resumes meeting client expectations
Research new technologies
Create detailed job descriptions
Follow up with candidates
Good written and verbal communication skills
