Job Description
Role: US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Leader
Location: Chirala, AP / Hyderabad, TS
Designation: Trainee / Team Member / Recruiter
- Interest in working Night Shifts (6.30 PM IST to 4.30 AM IST)
- Ability and interest in learning new technologies and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Work independently on complex work assignments, review progress and evaluate results and update management as appropriate
- Enthusiasm, energy, and strong problem solving skills, and an ability to work effectively under pressure
- A high level of professionalism and discretion is a must
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgment
- An ability to juggle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software, database management, social media, and e-mail.
- Ensure safe practices and environmental consciousness are exhibited in decisions
