Job Description
- To understand the requirements.
- Sourcing candidate as per the requirement
- Effectively using personal network, built-up database, Scheduling and shortlist candidates for the interview.
- To perform Full lifecycle recruitment process for Technical, Functional and Techno-Functional requirements across all levels.
- Working with GC/ US Citizens/TN/EAD/H1B/OPT candidates.
- Working on US TAX Terms (W2, C2C and 1099) and Visa Status.
- Building talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- PST shift timings. (night shift- 8:30PM to 5:30AM IST)
- No Cab Facility
