US/ Canada IT Recruiter. Work from Office , Immediate Joiners Preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Determine selection criteria

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, etc.

• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System

• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Candidate Background:

1 yr – 3 yrs. of experience as a US IT Recruiter in IT industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory)
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn, etc.)
Hands-on experience with full-cycle US/ Canada recruitments using various interview techniques and evaluation methods as per the US/ Canada geography.
Knowledge of all the Candidates Visa status and US/ Canada country regulations on the salary components.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus

You need to have your own Laptop with Windows 10 and 6 - 8 GB RAM speed
Work Timings - US EST Time Zone - 6.30 pm - 03.30 am Monday to Friday
Work Location - Pune ( Baner) and Indore( Vijay nagar)
Reporting to Team Leader
