Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Acquiring requirements from the Business Development Executive.
Ability to understand the requirements and source candidates in job portals (i.e. Career Builder, Monster, Dice, Craigslist, LinkedIn, Indeed, Etc.)
Review Job description and screen the candidates.
Format the Job description’s content for job postings in portals.
Build a recruiting and interviewing plan for the open position.
Fill the position effectively and efficiently.
Negotiate the candidate regarding the salary as per the client’s expectation.
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates in advance if needed.
Build networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.
Advise and coordinate with BDE about the recruitment process and suitability of candidates for positions.
Make recommendations for process improvements.
Stay up to date on emerging trends and regulations which may impact the organization's talent acquisition program.

Skills Required:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven relationship building and candidate sourcing skills.
Experienced in technical recruiting.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Ability to coordinate different departments during the process.
Ability to handle the confidentiality of information.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
