Position: US IT Recruiter – Trainee
Qualification: Any Technical Degree
Job Location: Trichy, Tamil Nadu
The core objective of this position (US IT Recruiter – Trainee) is to identify the right candidate from the market by following the complete recruitment cycle and give those candidates to the Direct Client Recruitment Lead
Job Responsibilities:
- He will analyze the client requirement and understand the client expectations by going through all the details provided by the Business Development team.
- He will frame keywords based on the client requirements.
- He will prepare the skill matrix for screening the candidates.
- He will source / screen the candidate resumes through job portals & other recruitment methods.
- Negotiate with candidates, coordinate with them for interviews, extend offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidates.
- He will get the modified resume and skill matrix from the candidate and send it to the DCR lead
Job Requirement:
- Should have understanding on Software technologies. UG degree with a technical background will be a must for this role.
- Should possess the ability & desire to continually learn new technology.
- Should possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with candidates.
- Should have a high ability in listening/understanding and grasping.
- Working knowledge in LinkedIn is highly preferred.
- Should be a good team player for this role.
- Should be willing to work in US shift timing.
Attitude levels:
- Should be eager in growing with the company.
- Desperate of making more incentives.
