• Good sourcing skills & Strong understanding of US IT Recruitment cycle.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing resumes using job boards Dice and other sourcing channels.
• Should be well versed with US Tax Terms (C2C, W2) and types of US Visas ( H1B, L1, B1, GC, TN Visa).
• Must have good communication skills.
• Should have the ability to learn the art of making strong relationships and influencing candidates.
