Job Description
- Offered Job Roles: US IT RERUITER
- Job Location : VIJAYAWADA
- No Transport is provided
- Note: VIRTUAL/Telephonic interviews will not be conducted.
- 5 Days Working (Mon-Fri)
- Note : Work from office (Mandate)
- Shift Timings : 8 PM - 5 AM (No Rotational shifts)
- Education Qualification : Any Degree (Mandate)
- Salary : 15,000/- (Fixed - Take Home) + Performance incentives
Job Responsibilities :
- Computer knowledge-MS office(Excel,Word)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Job Boards like: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CB, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidate.
- Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology Proven ability to cultivate relationships with Vendors and Clients.
- Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc)
Must Have :
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer knowledge-MS office(Excel,Word)
- Should have Basic knowledge on job portals
