Job Description

  • Offered Job Roles: US IT RERUITER
  • Job Location : VIJAYAWADA

  • No Transport is provided
  • Note: VIRTUAL/Telephonic interviews will not be conducted.
  • 5 Days Working (Mon-Fri)
  • Note : Work from office (Mandate)
  • Shift Timings : 8 PM - 5 AM (No Rotational shifts)
  • Education Qualification : Any Degree (Mandate)
  • Salary : 15,000/- (Fixed - Take Home) + Performance incentives

Job Responsibilities :

  • Computer knowledge-MS office(Excel,Word)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Job Boards like: Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CB, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidate.
  • Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology Proven ability to cultivate relationships with Vendors and Clients.
  • Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers and terminology (Employment Status, Time Zones etc)

Must Have :

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Computer knowledge-MS office(Excel,Word)
  • Should have Basic knowledge on job portals
