Job Description
We are currently looking for a US IT Recruiter for our office in Noida.
Experience required- 6 months to 1 yearRoles & Responsibilities:-
A Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience in US Recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.
Should have worked on W2, C2C and 1099.
Experience in Portal Sourcing using Dice, Monster and Careerbuilder and other Job Portals.
Exposure to JobDiva will be an added advantage.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate international job portals like dice, monster, career builder etc.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Candidates should be comfortable in US shifts.

Timings are fixed (7 PM to 4 AM) with Saturday and Sunday off
