- Source candidates using various search methods and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates by reviewing CVs and Job applications, and performing phone screening.
- Keep a track of overall interview, selection and joining process.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Expertise in handling, MS Office, Excel and Outlook
- Strong written and Verbal Skills
- Experienced in International Voice process / Recruitment Experience is an added advantage
