Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT professionals for clients in the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong knowledge of IT technologies, and familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Screening
-
Identify and source IT professionals using job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), ATS, and social media.

Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future IT requirements.
2. Interview & Selection Process
-
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-
Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements.
-
Assist in salary negotiation and onboarding for selected candidates.
3. US Market & Compliance Knowledge
-
Understand different US work authorizations (H1B, GC, TN, EAD, USC, etc.).
-
Ensure candidates meet US labor laws and compliance requirements.
-
Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time hiring models.
4. Database Management & Reporting
-
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
-
Generate weekly/monthly reports on hiring metrics.
-
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
