Assisting in the recruiting efforts for our US clients.
Source candidates using job portals including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
Maintaining resumes on the ATS (Application Tracking System) & updating client &
candidate information.
Sourcing and screening candidates.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews, offer
negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Building strong candidate pipelines
Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
Work on strategic global hiring programs.
Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
Procure people for different IT Requirements.
Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
