Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for IT positions with our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
Source candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)

Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients

Negotiate salary, rate, and terms of employment with candidates

Build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients

Maintain accurate and timely candidate records in the ATS

Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter in a staffing or consulting environment.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets (Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, Python, SQL, SAP, Salesforce, etc.).

Recruiting Tools: Proficiency in using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal), and social recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).

Sourcing Expertise: Skilled in Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with candidates and clients professionally.

Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close candidates on compensation and job offers.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple job requirements and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
