Job Description:
*Develop strategies to identify qualified Consultants through various tools & ATS i.e. (CEIPAL , DICE, CB etc.. ) – N/A for Freshers
*Evaluate candidate's strengths compared with client's requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
*Work with Account Managers/Lead to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients staffing requirements.
*Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting best practices and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
Skills and Competencies:

Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of IT skills (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.) and ability to match them with job descriptions.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially for interacting with US-based clients and candidates.

Negotiation: Ability to handle compensation discussions tactfully and close candidates effectively.

Time Management: Efficient in managing multiple open positions and meeting tight deadlines.

Networking: Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills for passive and active candidates.

CRM/ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar recruitment platforms.

Adaptability: Ability to work across different time zones and adjust to changing client priorities.
