Job Description
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of IT professionals for our US-based clients. This role requires strong knowledge of the US job market, technical recruitment skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.

Work on full-cycle recruitment: requirement gathering, job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate placement.

Collaborate with Account Managers and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and client expectations.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals across multiple domains.

Negotiate offers, salaries, and terms of employment with candidates.
-
Ensure compliance with client requirements and recruitment processes.
-
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Requirements:
-
Proven experience (1–5 years) as a US IT Recruiter or in technical recruitment.

Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
-
Hands-on experience with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, etc.).
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
-
Flexible to work in US shift timings.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST
