Effective problem solver with ability to self-manage
Source, screen, interview and place candidates through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals
Ability to work as a team as well as an independent contributor to ensure goals are met on a timely fashion.
Ability to work in a Matrix driven environment and should be able to submit minimum 3 to 5 candidates each day with at-least 50%-70% release ratio
Should be able to conduct prescreen phone calls, interviews , rate negotiation and reference checks
Handle multiple searches in a timely manner with professionalism and proactive communication
Perform general administrative functions related to recruiting
