About the Role
We are hiring fresh graduates to join as US IT Talent Marketer. This role is fully remote and ideal for individuals who want to build a career in US IT staffing & marketing. You will work with US-based candidates, apply on job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, company websites, etc.), and use AI-driven tools to match consultants with open roles.
Key Responsibilities-
Market and place US-based IT consultants by applying on job boards, LinkedIn, and company portals.

Understand different IT skills/technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data, BA, etc.).

Use AI & automation tools to identify and apply for suitable job openings.

Coordinate with candidates and vendors for job submissions and interviews.

Prepare resumes and submit candidates for matching job opportunities.
-
Maintain records of submissions, interviews, and placements.
-
Learn and follow US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance.

Work in US shifts (EST/CST/PST).

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Quick learner with ability to grasp technical skills/roles.

Basic knowledge of job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder).

Interest in using AI-based tools for recruitment and marketing.

Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Positive, target-oriented mindset.
