Job Description
Role & Responsibility:-
- Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc. Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Experience of US IT recruitment
- Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening
- 02 - 04 Years of Relevant Experience in US Staffing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent analytical and assessment capability.
- Good command over various search tools & techniques
- Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment
- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Timings: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM (Cab service is provided)
