Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and understand technical job requirement.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirement
- Format resumes meeting client expectations.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualification. with Managers; interviewing candidates on a consistent set of qualification.
- Negotiates rates with the candidate.
- Follow up with candidates for scheduling interviews with the clients till the closure.
- Meet the target set by the management
