Job Description
- The areas of responsibilities/skills for the Senior Technical Recruiter include:
- Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Sourcing and uncovering candidates.from various job boards and other social networking sites
- Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description through effective screening.
- Total understanding of US Visa (Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, OPT, H1B & TN Visa Holders)
- Experience in Billing negotiations on various tax terms (W2, 1099 & C2C).
- Experience in writing Candidates write-up for resume submission
- Good knowledge of the industry and competition, developing reports providing quick information on skill set and compensation.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, written (clear, detailed notes are a must), enrollment and negotiation.
