Job Description

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various Non-IT domains (such as Healthcare, Finance, Admin, Logistics, and Engineering) in the US market.
Utilize job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.) and professional networks (LinkedIn) to find top talent.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers/clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.

Requirements:

Willingness to work consistently in night shifts.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and standard internet tools.
