Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various Non-IT domains (such as Healthcare, Finance, Admin, Logistics, and Engineering) in the US market.
• Utilize job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.) and professional networks (LinkedIn) to find top talent.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and account managers/clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work consistently in night shifts.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and standard internet tools.
